Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove River Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
