Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
