Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Detroit. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
