Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
