Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
