Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
