Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Umber Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
