Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
