Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Quill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Nashville area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
