Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Junction Community Partners is a Colorado Springs charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
