Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Stone Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
