Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Freight is a Des Moines logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
