Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
