Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Orchard Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
