Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Stone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
