Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Bright Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
