Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Harbor Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
