Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
