Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the El Paso region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
