Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Vista Auto Group is a Providence company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
