Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Haven Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
