Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 923 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
