Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Vista Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 649 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
