Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities is a facilities company in St. Louis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
