Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Chicago. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
