Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
