Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
