Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
