Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Beacon Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Sacramento and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
