Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 876 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
