Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Basin Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
