Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Solutions and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
