Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Timber Pharma Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
