Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
