Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Wichita, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 599 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
