Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Construction Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
