Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Ember Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
