Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Mill Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Nashville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
