Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Silverline Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
