Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Nest Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 252 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
