Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Providence, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 547 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
