Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Silverline Vale Water Authority Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 845 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
