Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Silverline Clear Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
