Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Forge Legal Group is a law firm in Des Moines serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
