Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Vale Manufacturing Group is a Anchorage manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
