Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Raleigh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We invest in training. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
