Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield North Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
