Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Amber Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
