Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Wilder Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
