Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Bright Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Raleigh, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
